Since the scope of the petition is restricted to the academic year 2013-2014 and subsequent to the filing of the petition, the State Government has also issued Resolution dated 28.3.2016 and other resolutions,thereby the grievance of the petitioner is mostly redressed. In that view of the matter, the petition has rendered infructuous and the same is, therefore, disposed of.
