learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of the Petitioner'

s application for parole leave by impugned Orders dated 17.11.2020 passed by Competent Authority and 24.03.2021 passed by the Appellate Authority, Petitioner was released on parole leave for a period of 28 days on 23.09.2021 and he reported to Jail Authority within stipulated period. That, the Petitioner was subsequently also released on Covid-19 emergency parole leave on 23.11.2021 and he reported back to Jail Authority within stipulated period on 04.01.2022. 2.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
