The challenge in this petition is to an order granting interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month. The wife is before this Court for enhancement. It is informed that the Family Court has also directed the Respondent-husband to pay the Petitioner-wife a sum of Rs.10,000/- as interim maintenance. The Respondent-husband is ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs.14,000/- in the Court below. In

sg 2/2 22.wp2097-22.doc the interest of justice, this petition could be very well disposed of with a direction to the Court seized of the matter to decide it within eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The parties shall place on record of the trial court an affidavit in terms of directions of Apex Court in case of Rajnesh vs. Neha And Anr.1. 3.

The Respondent-husband shall clear all the arrears of maintenance within next two months.
