Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, Petitioner is being produced before the Trial Court at Malegaon in the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No. 18 of 2018 through Video Conference regularly. 2.

The chart depicting the dates on which he was produced through Video Conference before the trial Court is produced on record. 3.

As far as lodging the Petitioner at Malegaon prison is concerned, there are no such Orders by the Trial Court directing the prosecution to produce him physically before the trial Court and therefore his lodgment at Malegaon prison is not necessary at this stage. 4.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
