IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.772 OF 2016 Shri Rohan Rajendra Powar ... Applicant Vs.
The State of Maharashtra ... Respondent Mr.Chetan G. Patil for the Applicant Ms.S.S. Kaushik, APP, for Respondent - State CORAM: MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.
DATE: JUNE 22, 2016 (In Chambers) P.C.:
1.
This is a second application for anticipatory bail. The first Anticipatory Bail Application was rejected by me by a reasoned order on on 29.6.2015. The learned Counsel submits that thereafter the chargesheet is filed and that is a change of circumstance. 2.
When the accused is absconding and the chargesheet is filed against him, then that itself cannot be considered as a change of circumstance to entertain his application for anticipatory bail. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.
