The Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Applicant Mr. A. M. Saraogi after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Appeal from Order to make an appropriate application to the Authorities under the Slum Act in respect of the claim of the Appellant/Applicant for being eligible to the permanent alternate accommodation. In view of the said statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Applicant, the Appeal from Order is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
