This is the second bail application.

Learned A.P.P states that the first bail application preferred by the applicant being Bail Application No. 1543 of 2015 was rejected by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) vide order dated 17th November, 2015. Learned A.P.P submits that the trial has commenced and that till date, one witness has been examined. Since the trial has already commenced and one witness is examined, it is expected that the learned Judge shall conclude the case as expeditiously as possible. SQ Pathan 1/2

Considering the aforesaid, it is not necessary to consider this application on merits. Application is accordingly rejected with the aforesaid observations.
