When this writ petition was called out, Mr.Jayesh P. Yagnik learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State places on our file a copy of the communication to the Superintendent, Nasik Road Central Prison, Nasik recording that the present detenu's case was placed before the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board has reported that there is no sufficient cause for

detention of the detenu. The Advisory Board's recommendations have been accepted and the detention order against the detenu has been revoked. The petitioner's Advocate reports that the detenu has been released in pursuance of this communication. In view of the above, and after taking a copy of this communication marked 'X' for identification, we dispose of this Writ Petition.
