By this application sent through jail, the applicant has sought reduction of the bail amount, taking into consideration his family and economical condition.
Learned A.P.P points out that the applicant was enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court vide order dated 12th May 2016 on personal bond and surety bond of Rs. 30,000/-. It appears that subsequently the applicant SQ Pathan 1/2
10-appln-242-2017.doc filed an application seeking cash security of Rs. 30,000/- which was allowed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 1st September 2016. Later, the applicant again filed an application for reduction of cash bail, which application was disposed of on 8th August 2017, as applicant had deposited cash security as per order dated 1st September 2016. In view of the aforesaid, since the applicant has been released on bail, nothing survives for consideration in this application. Application is disposed of as infructuous.
