Mr.Kachare, learned counsel for the respondent nos.19(1), 19 (2) and 20 and Mr.Rao, learned counsel for the respondent nos.22 to 24 state that their clients have no objection if the issue framed by the learned trial Judge on 23rd March 2017 set out in paragraph 4 are tried along with other issues. Statement is accepted. 3.

The impugned order dated 23rd March 2017 is accordingly substituted by this order. Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
