P.C. :- The learned counsel for the Respondent states that his Vakalatnama has come to an end since the sole Respondent i.e. Plaintiff has expired on 6th May 2016 and in-spite of the orders passed, heirs are not brought on record.

None appears for the Appellants. The learned counsel points out that the notices are served on the Appellants. Since the Appeal is also dismissed against the Respondent, nothing survives in the Second Appeal and it is disposed off.
