She, however, submits that since the applicant was arrested on 17/02/2020 and is accused of offences punishable under Section 377 and under the provisions of the POCSO Act, let the trial be expedited.

The High Court Legal Services Authority shall make the necessary payment to the learned counsel appointed to represent the complainant.
