Both the Counsel submit that the matter is settled out of the Court. They have tendered the consent terms dated 17th July, 2019. 3.

Both the Counsel submit that Sunil Rajendra Kumar Bhati is power of attorney holder and the Respondent Deepak Menda is present in the Court. 4.

Both the parties entered into witness box, they admit the contents of consent terms and execution thereof. Hence, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted. a.
