DATE : 2nd DECEMBER, 2019 P.C.:- By this Petition the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.1 - Malegaon Municipal Corporation to decide his application dated 26th September, 2018 for compassionate appointment, copy of which is annexed as Exhibit 'I' at page 36 of the Petition. 2.

Since we have disposed of the Petition in which similar relief was sought, the reply of respondent No.1 may not be necessary.

In the above circumstances, we dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.1 - Malegaon Municipal Corporation to decide petitioner's application dated 26/9/2018 as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of 2 months after receipt of the copy of this order, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.

In order to enable respondent No.1 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before respondent No.1 - Malegaon Municipal Corporation on 9th December, 2019 at 11.00 am.

The Petition is disposed of.
