Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the suit is valued approximately at Rs.52-53 lakhs as it is mentioned in Issue No.1. The valuation of the appeal is not exceeding Rupees One Crore. Hence as per the Notification which came into effect from 1-9-2015 due to enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, the appeal stands transferred to the Court of Additional District Judge, Malegaon. The Registry to transfer the matter on or before 10-3-2016 and the parties to appear before the Additional District Judge, Malegaon on 21-3-2016.
