1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C. R. No.203 of 2021 registered with Baramati City Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188, 269, 270, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 2, 3, 4 of Epidemic Diseases Act read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

2] Since the investigation in the matter is already complete as the

BDP-SPS 2/2 23 BA 1937.21.doc charge-sheet is filed and considering the role attributed to the Applicant as that of assault by fist blows, in my opinion, case for grant of bail is made out.

3] The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 203 of 2021 registered with Baramati City Police Station on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall not try to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence. Any two consecutive absence of the accused before the court below would entail the prosecution to move for cancellation of the bail of the Applicant. If Applicant tries to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, in that case also, liberty is given to the prosecution to move for cancellation of the bail of the Applicant. The Applicant shall furnish the details of his residence after he is released on bail to the Investigating Officer. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
