The petitioners seek to raise a grievance with regard to proceedings under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 by contending that from 19th January 2011, an application was preferred by the 1st petitioner before the respondent no.2-Assistant Charity Commissioner, Thane seeking an enquiry into the matter. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as the office of the respondent no.2 was shifted, further details of the said proceedings are not available.

In aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider 1st petitioner's application dated 19th January 2011 and take appropriate steps in the matter, if the same are not yet taken. Needless to state that if the matter proceeds further, the respondent no.1 would also have to be heard therein.
