Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for 7 years, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within 6 months, the applicant is at liberty to file bail application before this Court. The application is disposed of. ( N.R.
