1] Learned counsel for the applicant informs that amount of Rs. 1/3
1,00,000/- each as was assured is already deposited by the applicants.
2] Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 356/2018 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicants were gratned Ad-interim protection on 16/04/2019. 3] The allegations in the F.I.R. are, applicants under the false promise accepted amount illegally from the complainant. 4] The fact remains that since last more than two years, applicants are on Ad-interim protection and to show their bonafdes, they have deposited Rs. 1,00,000/- each in this Court as is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants.
5] In the aforesaid background, learned APP informs that custody of the applicants is not required.

6] In view of above, let the amount be transmitted to the Investigating Offcer in the said crime.
7] In view of statement made by learned APP on instructions that the custody of the applicants is not required, application stands disposed of as infructuous.
8] In view of disposal of anticipatory bail application, intervention application also stands disposed of.
