The applicant who is accused in crime No.90 of 2023 registered at Vishrantwadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 417, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, has filed an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court and the same is still pending.

The present application is filed as the Sessions Court has not granted interim protection from arrest.

Considering the fact that the application filed by the present applicant for anticipatory bail is still pending before the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, as there is Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2
