The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. He has filed revision application no.217 of 2015, which is admitted. I have gone through the judgments of the trial court and the appellate court. It appears that there is strong arguable case is made out by the applicant. Hence, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

The applicant be released on bail in sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.20,000/- in lieu of surety.

Substantive sentences imposed on the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the revision application.

Criminal application no.204 of 2015 stands disposed of in the above terms.
