The applicant is seeking extension of time to furnish sureties and facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd March, 2021.

The applicant contends that on account of several difficulties, the sureties could not be arranged. The mother of applicant is senior citizen and during pandemic it was difficult to arrange sureties.

Considering the submissions, provisional cash bail facility granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd March, 2021,
