This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.47/2023 registered with Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 380, 448, 454, 457 and 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 25/04/2023, this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicants. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicants had reported to the Investigating Officer and 1/2
