9. ABA 1309-2021.doc Indian Penal Code, 1860, applicant had applied for the pre-arrest protection before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. Vide order dated 17th May, 2021, the learned Additional Sessions Judge declined the interim protection to the Applicant. Against this order, Applicant has approached this Court.

I am informed, that learned Sessions Judge has listed the application for final hearing on 9th June, 2021. In view of this fact, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to hear the application on 3rd June, 2021 at 11:00 am and decide the application finally on its own merits and shall not adjourn the hearing on any count. 3.
