By this civil application, the Applicant/original Plaintif is seeking condonation of one day delay in fling the First Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 8 February 2019 passed by City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai in L.C. Suit No.201 of 2007.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfed that the Applicant made made out a case for following order.
