Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State. By this application applicant had sought temporary bail for the period from 23/4/2018 to 5/5/2018 to attend his daughter's marriage viz. Kavita at Pune.

Admittedly, applicant is undergoing sentence as convicted for the offence punishable under section 302 of IPC as per judgment by the learned Sessions Judge.

In that view of the matter application is not tenable for grant of interim bail. Applicant is however at liberty to take recourse as available under law. Application is disposed of as rejected. (P.N. DESHMUKH, J)
