On 9.6.2016, this Court had directed the petitioner to give his own caste certificate to his son as it would seriously affect his career. The Writ Petition was listed for final hearing on 30.6.2016. It appears from the record that none appeared for the petitioner on 1.7.2016. The matter was adjourned to 7.7.2016. None appeared for the petitioner on 7.7.2016. 3.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein is not co-operating and has not yet furnished his caste certificate which is needed for supporting caste claim of his own son. 4.

Inview of this, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
