The petitioner has filed an appeal against the impugned order dated 1st February,2018 passed by the respondent no.1 before the learned Minister and the same is pending.

The learned Minister is directed to dispose of the said appeal within three months from today.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Minister on 18th June,2018 at 03.00 p.m.

If the appeal filed by the petitioner is heard and disposed of and if the order is adversed against the the petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order.

The notice issued by the learned administrator for taking charge of the affairs of the society shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal before the learned Minister and for a period of two weeks thereafter subject to the outcome of the said appeal. 6.

The parties, the learned administrator as well as the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
