2018.10.06 11:42:38 +0530 Srikrishna Ananth Sharma DATE : OCTOBER 3, 2018 P.C.:- The above petition is bereft of particulars regarding the date of joining the Gram Panchayat, the date on which the Petitioner joined the Zilla Parishad in terms of the scheme postulated by the Government Resolution dated August 19, 2005, Exhibit-A to the above petition. The substantive relief sought in the above petition if we can say so, is the relief that the Petitioner's service with the Gram Panchayat be taken into consideration by

2 11) wp7441-15.doc the authorities whilst considering his case for grant of pension, etc. In the absence of any representation made by the Petitioner, we are not in a position to consider the said relief, especially having regard to the fact that particulars in respect of the Petitioner are conspicuously absent.

We, however permit the Petitioner to make a representation to the concerned department of the State Government within four weeks from date. On receipt of such representation, the concerned department i.e. Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra is directed to dispose of the same within 8 weeks thereafter.

With the directions as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
