The review petition is moved seeking review of order dated 20/04/2022. As the suit claim of the petitioners was barred by the limitation, the plaint came to be rejected under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Civil Procedure Code. Even the review petition before the same Court was also rejected. 3.

Against the order of rejection to the plaint which takes the shape of decree of an appeal, is maintainable. In that view of the matter, this Court has rejected the Writ Petition of the petitioners. 4.

I have perused the pleadings in the memo of the Review akn 1/2
