By this review petition, the petitioner is seeking to review of the order dated 6.12.2018 passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.4773/2016.

It is to be noted that this Court by order Chitra Sonawane 1

Learned advocate for respondent submits that the next date before the trial court is 10.06.2019. By considering this fact and as the entire endeavour is only to reargue the matter, I do not find any substance in review petition.

Hence, the following order.

a) Review petition stands dismissed.
