Heard. By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks direction against Respondent No.3 to refer the dispute to the District Court, Alibag, Raigad u/s.30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.42, Hissa No.9, Sy. No.33, Hissa No.1 in terms of Award dated 07.04.2015 because of the dispute between the claimants and apportionment of compensation.

The learned AGP, after taking instructions from their officer, makes a statement that within four weeks from today, they will make appropriate Reference to the Court u/s.30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The statement is accepted.
