By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of divorce proceedings pending before the Family Court at Solapur to Family Court at Pune.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that respondent has no objection to allow the application. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order :

1. The application is allowed.
