Heard. By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks limited direction against the Respondent to file Reference u/s.30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as per order dated 03.07.2017 (Page 53 Exhibit­ L). To that effect, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at present he is pressing only prayer clause (c) which reads thus: "(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus and or any other Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 refer the dispute to the District Court in terms of order dated 03.07.2017 under section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act." The learned AGP, after taking instructions from their officer, makes a statement that within four weeks from today, they will make appropriate Reference to the Court u/s.30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The statement is accepted.
