4] Learned counsel for the Applicant State submits that, the applicant would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Trial Court, within a period of eight weeks from today. 5] Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the stay to 503 caf 3107 of 2016 1/2

stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.

6] Civil Application is disposed off.

7] If the amount is deposited, respondent claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing solvent surety or bank guarantee of any nationalized bank, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
