At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant states that he is not pressing this application. He only requests that directions be issued to the trial Court to decide his bail application as expeditiously as possible.

In this view of the matter, the application is disposed of as not pressed. If the Applicant surrenders before the police and if he files bail application before the trial Court, it shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.
