DATED : 5th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is assured bail in the event of his arrest by this Court on 23/10/2020. The complainant was also impleaded as party-respondent and it is informed that a 'B' Summary report was also filed by the prosecution. Tilak

2/2 5 ABA 879-21.doc Today, the learned APP state that the 'B' Summary report has not been granted and necessarily the investigation is carried further. He specifically state that the voucher which is alleged to have been forged was sent to the handwriting expert, who has confirmed that the same bear the signature of the applicant. For this act, he has to face the trial. Since the investigation is now complete, the Investigating Officer state that his custodial interrogation is not warranted, but he shall continue to render his co-operation in the investigation, since new material has come on record. Resultantly, the order dated 23/10/2020 is confirmed subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on Thursday and Friday between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when directed.

In view of disposal of ABA 879/2021, IA No.610/21 do not survive and is disposed off.
