P.C.:- Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.6 to dispose of the Petitioners' application dated 14th December, 2016 for allotment of alternative land, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-'E' page 63 of the Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferrably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept Megha 1/2

In order to enable the Respondent No.6 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before the Respondent No.6 on 20.2.2018 alongwith copy of this order as well as copy of the said application.
