She submits that, during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the petitioner had filed a discharge application, before the trial Court, seeking his discharge, from the said case. She submits that the said discharge application, has been rejected and as such, the petitioner intends to challenge the same, before the appropriate Court. 1/2

We make it clear that we have not heard the petition on merits and as such all contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
