P.C. :- 1] After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for the parties, based upon instructions, consent to disposal of this petition by the following agreed order: (a) The interim order granted by the Trial Court is to continue until disposal of the suit by the Trial Court; (b) The Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one year from today;
(c) The parties state that they will cooperate with learned Trial Judge in the matter of expeditious disposal of the suit and will not seek any unnecessary adjournments;

2] The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3] The suit should be disposed of without in any manner being influenced by the interim orders made by the Trial Court, Appeal Court or this Court. The suit will have to be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5] All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
