2] Initially as against the impugned order, the applicants had preferred a Writ Petition. Ultimately, it was held that the Writ Petition may not be a proper remedy and therefore, the petition was withdrawn with liberty to file a Civil Revision Application. Civil Revision Application was filed within a period of hardly two months from the date of withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

3] Considering the aforesaid circumstances as also, the cause set out in paragraph '3' of the Civil Application, the delay involved in instituting Civil Revision Application is condoned.
