The petitions have been pending since the year 2014 and various dates have been taken on the ground that settlement is being arrived at.

The learned Counsel for the parties state that the consent terms are filed in the suit and only a formal order of taking

Yadav VG 2 903.wp.5021.14.odt. the consent terms on record has not yet been passed. For that purpose, it is not necessary to keep the Writ Petitions pending. The main suit is still pending. In case the consent terms are not taken on record by the learned Judge for any reason, it will be open to the petitioner to revive present petitions.

The writ petitions are disposed of with these observations.
