This Court, by order dated 30 April 2010, issued Rule and expedited the hearing of writ petition. However, interim relief was declined by observing that the order of eviction has already been executed. The Civil Application now seeks restoration of the possession.

It is not possible to consider such request at this stage. However, since the hearing of the main writ petition is expedited, list the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 7 March 2016. Civil Application stands disposed of.
