Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The only relief sought for by the petitioners is, that the respondent No.2 i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Kolhapur, be directed to decide the stay application filed by the petitioners in Revision Application No.124 of 2020 on the next date i.e. on 11th May 2022, which is the next date before the said authority.

It appears that petitioners have filed a Revision Application before the respondent No.3-Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chandgad, Kolhapur alongwith an application seeking stay of the order of 5th April 2022 passed by the respondent No.3-Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chandgad, Kolhapur. He submits that the respondent No.2 had issued notice to the respondents therein, vide order dated 13th April 2022 making it returnable on 27th April 2022. He submits that notices have been served and the matter was before the said authority on 2nd May 2022 and has been adjourned now to 11th May 2022.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petition, since the next date before the Respondent No.2 is 11th May 2022, we request the respondent No.2- Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the stay application or consider the prayer for ad-interim relief, on the said date, in accordance with law.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 2/3

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
