Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.I-34 of 2015, registered with the Arnala Sagri Police Station, District - Palghar, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

According the prosecution, theft was committed in a Jewellery Shop, by the name "Omkar Jewellers" on 25th February, 2015. It is alleged
2/2 910-aba.647.2015 that articles i.e. jewellery worth Rs.2,50,00,000/- was stolen from the said shop. It is alleged that there are 17 accused in the said case and out of the 17 accused, 5 accused have been arrested in the said case. All the 5 accused are alleged to have sold jewellery, worth Rs.68,00,000/-, to the present applicant 4.
Considering the nature of allegations and the amount involved, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. 5.
Hence, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such. 6.
Needless to observe, that if an application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order.
