P.C.:- 1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length and after taking into consideration serious allegations against the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions from the wife of the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No. 354 of 2017 registered with Rabale Police Station, Navi Mumbai now culminated in Special Case No. 3 of 2018 does not commence within a period of six months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
