It was informed across the bar that several such petitions came up before this Court seeking reliefs with regard to the same cause of action i.e. drought in the State of Maharashtra. We are also aware of the fact that another Division Bench of this Court passed a detailed order indicating the scheme or the steps to be taken by the concerned authorities. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that the present petition need not be considered on merits. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
