The learned Counsel for the Applicant/original Petitioner Ms. Jagdale states that after the filing of the above Civil Application, the Petitioner has been promoted on temporary basis to the post of Senior Clerk in open category in the Respondent No.1-Corporation. 2.

In view thereof, the above Civil Application seeking direction does not survive. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of as having turned infructuous.

The Petitioner may apply for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition in January, 2019.
