The applicant in civil application No. 1706 of 2013 has placed on record death certificate of the sole Petitioner. We have perused the same. It reveals that sole Petitioner expired on 13th December 2014. The legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner are not brought on record. Therefore, petition stands abated and the same is accordingly disposed of.
