This Court by the order dated 11 March 2020 in Criminal Bail Application No. 433 of 2020 while releasing the applicant on bail directed the present applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a month on every frst Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. until further orders.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the applicant attended the police station for more than two years. It is submitted that there is no progress in the trial and therefore, the condition of attending the police station be modifed/relaxed.

Considering the fact that the present applicant has attended the police station for more than two years, I am inclined to modify the condition. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a three months instead of once in a month till the conclusion of the trial.
